How engagements work
Services are provided under a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, timeline, fees and payment schedule for your project. Where those documents conflict with this page, they take precedence. Scope changes are agreed in writing before they are worked on. Unless the agreement says otherwise, invoices are payable within 15 days.
What you provide, and what you own
Delivery depends on you supplying content, access and timely feedback; delays there move timelines. On full payment, you own the deliverables we create for you and every account we set up in your name — we do not hold hosting, domains or ad accounts hostage. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how, and we may describe the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Third-party platforms
Much of what we deliver runs on platforms we do not control — Meta, Google, Amazon, hosting and AI providers. Their policies, pricing, approval decisions and availability can change, and we are not responsible for the consequences of those changes. We cannot and do not guarantee particular rankings, AI citations, approval of a WhatsApp Business account, or specific commercial results.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees you paid us for it in the preceding three months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
Cancellation
Either side may end a retainer with 30 days’ written notice. Work completed and expenses committed up to that point remain payable. Fixed-scope projects cancelled part-way are invoiced for the work delivered.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: info@webstreax.com.
